Who does the woman represent?  Why does the cartoonist represent her as a hypocrite?  (Do you agree with the cartoonist? Explain your answer.)

The woman could represent any American.  The cartoonist points out that the woman is willing to take as much as she can get from those who pay here, but gets angry when gas stations do the same.
