Answer(s)

1.  A federal appeals court panel ruled this week that the United States discriminates against the blind because the country’s paper currency is the same size regardless of a bill’s value.  This could result in the Treasury Department being required to change the size and shape of American paper currency to help the blind identify different denominations.  (Read the story here.)

2.  Opinion question.  Answers vary.
