Desiree Okseniuk, mother of 4-year-old Jonathan Okseniuk, who was invited by founder-conducter Misha Rachlevsky to conduct the Chamber Orchestra Kremlin in one of that group’s performances in California last month after Rachlevsky saw a video of Jonathan conducting on youtube. The Chamber Orchestra Kremlin is based in Moscow and is touring the United States.
