Gertruda Grzewski, wife of Jan Grzewski, a Polish railway worker who hurt himself on the job and fell into a 19-year coma.  When doctors found cancer in his brain and said he would not live, Gertruda took him home and cared for him.  Two months ago he came out of the coma.  (
