“Take me to your leader” is a cartoon catchphrase, typically said by extraterrestrial aliens who have just landed on earth to the first human they happen to meet.
The twist is that the aliens picked out what they think is the “leader” (of earth) without asking anyone. (McCoy is implying that computers rule our lives.)
