1.  capitalism - an economic, political and social system based on private ownership of property, business and industry, and directed towards making the greatest possible profits for successful organizations and people (from dictionary.cambridge.org)

Irony - when the opposite of what you expect to happen occurs.

2.  You would assume that the people buying the t-shirts believe that capitalism is dead, but by purchasing them, they are proving that it is alive and well.
