1.  The Fairness Doctrine was an FCC regulation requiring broadcasters to "afford reasonable opportunity for the discussion of conflicting views of public importance." (give equal air time to opposing views).  Liberals and many Democrats would like to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine.  What point is Nowak making in his cartoon?
2.  Do you agree with Nowak?  Explain your answer.
