David Fischer, a resident of the Upper East Side in NYC, where construction worker Gary Russo sings karaoke during his lunch break.  Russo is working on the Second Avenue Subway project, which has caused many residents and business owners to become exasperated with the noise, dust, etc. associated with such a major construction project.
