“I know who Picasso is. I don’t want to become Picasso.”
Seven year-old British artist Kieron Williamson, responding to press coverage comparing him to Picasso. Kieron’s second exhibition sold out in 14 minutes, his pictures cost upwards of £900 and there are 680 people on a waiting list to buy them. When asked who he would prefer to be like, he answered “Monet or Edward Seago.”
