A police spokesman regarding a Polish man who posted a notice on a bus asking vandals to stop vandalizing and has been busted himself - for vandalism. Janusz Nowak, 61, was arrested as he posted the message, "Dear vandals - please stop destroying the bus stop," at a stop in the southern Polish town of Sosnowiec.
