(give equal air time to opposing views). Liberals and many Democrats would like to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine. What point is Nowak making in his cartoon?

1. Reinstating the Fairness Doctrine would be anything but fair. Apart from talk radio, the liberal viewpoint dominates the news media.
