WWE Superstar John Cena, who recently became one of only four celebrities (along with former WWE champ Hulk Hogan and NASCAR drivers Jeff Gordon and Dale Earnhardt Jr.) to grant 200 wishes through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which helps children with life-threatening medical conditions.
