Kara Skorupa, attorney for Home Depot employee Trevor Keezor, who was fired for wearing a “One nation under God, Indivisible” button on his work apron. Keezor has worn the button for over a year.  He was fired last month after he started bringing a bible to work to read during lunch in the breakroom. A Home Depot spokesman said Keezer was fired because he violated the company’s dress code.
