Ailurophobia Strikes Gray Lady
A New York Times editorial picks up on the groundbreaking study finding that cats like to kill birds and rodents:

Most of the killing is done by stray or feral cats, and there is no easy way to reduce that population. Programs that trap and neuter feral cats and then release them may actually encourage more people to abandon cats to the wild. Conservationists in Australia, where the feral cat problem is perhaps even more serious, have experimented successfully with allowing the cat’s natural predator there–the dingo–to rebound in numbers.

But most Americans will never put up with a burgeoning coyote population, which leaves euthanasia for feral cats as the unpalatable response to reducing the wildlife slaughter.

Everything the left says about conservatives is projection. Liberals even want, quite literally, to kill kittens.
